How to verify an account/credit card

In rare cases to get a bonus, sometimes when making a deposit, or due to AML policy before making a withdrawal you will have to verify your identity by providing valid documents.

In order to verify your account please open the Details tab of your Profile page.

Click on the Go to verification button and proceed with the required steps. 

The account verification is automatic and normally takes only 2-3 minutes. 

To complete a verification, you need to upload the following documents:

  1. ID verification. You can use a passport, ID card or driver's license.
  2. Selfie/liveliness check. Please, enable the camera on your device and perform simple actions the system asks. Note, that we do not accept pre-taken photos on this step.
  3. Proof of address. You should provide a bank account/credit card statement, utility bill or any other government issued document, that contains your full name and full home address. The document must not be older than 3 months.

Depending on the verification routine for you, you will be needed to upload proof of ID and complete a liveness check, or provide a proof of address as well.


Please, note that we do not accept screenshots and electronic documents. Only scans or photos of printed documents are accepted.


To complete the verification of a credit card you should complete a liveness check and upload a photo of the front side of your card. The following information should be visible:

  1. Cardholders name and surname
  2. Card expiration date
  3. First 6 and last 4 digits of the card number (1234 56XX XXXX 1234)

The middle part of the card number can be covered by a sticker or a piece of paper.

The photo should not be edited/blacked out with Photoshop or any other graphical software.


To get the best experience complete the verification procedure right on your mobile phone and use its camera to take photos required. We strongly recommend using the native Safari browser to complete verification on iOS devices (iPhone, iPad), other browsers are known to cause issues.


IMPORTANT: Verification is completed automatically. We do not accept documents and photos via email or support chat!
